Micro-target

THEY ARE NOT YOU:
You have to meet the diners LEARNERS. Know what theirs concerns are, where they come from, what they know and identify the training GAP. We create online learning eXperiences in a generational mood. Training #Xennials is not the same as #GenerationZ. We adapt the language, mood and narrative to their interests and digital habits.

Learning Theory and Instructional Design

Once we know the training GAP, we do the Instructional Design of the eXperience. We design for: Knowledge, Skills, Motivation, Habits, Social and Informal Learning, Enviroment and Evaluation. For this we use the theories of very wise Lords, such as Gagné and his 9 events of Instruction, Bloom's Taxonomy, ADDIE Model, among others.

Do not bore your personnel with long and little attractive contents. We use Yu-Kai Chou’s “Octalysis Framework” to design each experience. We do not create training videogames, but rather seek that contents and activities have the same psychological appeal of successful games: epic, scarcity, creativity, goals, sense of ownership and curiosity, among others.

We have spent over 10 years observing in several countries (from Spain, to Israel and Chile) how people learn and interact. We have continuously placed technology at the service of learning objectives, always asking ourselves about the problem we seek to solve: What “bad” things could happen if the training is not given? Why is it important? What will “learners” be able to do in the real world?

We believe that training confers super-powers and may turn anyone into a hero. And when the latest innovations and technological tools are applied, training can transform talent into exponential.
